- Returns are accepted within 20 days after the receipt of order.
- A return authorization number must be obtained from Knives Rach during regular business hours.
- The return authorization number must be written on each box underneath the shipping address.
- A copy of the invoice along with a letter listing reason for return must be included in the box.
- Damaged, misused or items without original packing will not be accepted.
- No refund on shipping & handling charges.
- Buyer will pay return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within one business day after the receipt of returned items.
- Refused shipments/Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight.
